Discussion items:
- Amgen Data into PDC:
- Their data fits PDC model and about 200 GB; Effort to import this data should not be significant.
- We need to clearly indicate to them that PDC is Open Source and data is publicly shared.
- Roadmap Tracking:
- We are on track with listed deliverables
- Planning for a Phase 1 of Google Analytics release in December followed by additional download metrics as Phase 2
- Data Policy & Licensing update from Erika:
- The Data Use Agreement template is being finalized and needs to be reviewed by Jaimie/Vivian as well as Henry;
- Will be ready to incorporate in PDC tentatively January first/second week and implement the “Data Policy” Tab
- Need an explicit/meaningful name for this Tab
- Amanda and Bing call update from Rajesh:
- The Gene Summary page can be enhanced to show plots at individual study level
- Do they have use cases from a multiomics level?
- Scientific Committee meeting date & topics:
- Data Collection and Usage as a topic for discussion along with use case scenarios
- Date will be determined after receiving confirmation from attendees
- USHUPO – Abstract submission: Rajesh will plan to submit prior to 12/4
