  • After the discussion Erika decided to remove the collecting research purpose statement from SC agenda. We will instead focus on understanding user behaviors through other analytics metrics we collect.
  • Since Henry did not attend the call, Erika suggested to send the agenda to Henry for his inputs.
  • Erika is still working with Office of Data Sharing for developing the DUA. Mike suggested it is better to align as closely as possible with PX consortium guidelines.
  • Michael presented the approach for enforcing DUA acceptance  through APIs. One requirement for this is to have the DUA page on the portal ready. There is no rush to implement this as the active API users (Cloud pilots and Sam Payne lab) are already aware of the embargo date. Erika suggested to wait until January for rolling this feature. We need to make proper announcements to alert the users.
