      • Demo was done by Rajesh in the Dev environment.PTRC project with 6 new AML studies along with publication

    • A new heatmaps page to provide quick access to CDAP quantitation data.
    • API updates to accommodate Study versioning.

    • Discussed PDC data release version and schedule with SBG for best mechanisms to coordinate data releases. We will be adding this to the roadmap.
    • CRDC Tech call presentation by PDC team to discuss challenges and accomplishments for PFB format in collaboration with Broad team went well. We will have follow ups to address them and keep the teams informed on the progress being made.
    • PDC User Research related communications – Anna and team provided a detailed summary of the user feedback wherein 2 personas were identified (Cancer Biologists and Researchers & Data Scientists and Bioinformaticians). They listed the ease of use and pain points with the outcome of quick wins and larger initiatives that can be worked upon to improve their experience. Will work with NCI to prioritize and add to backlog.

  • Finalize Privacy policy.  
  • Planning for post migration activities:
    • Communication plan to inform Data Portal users about the data portal retirement
    • Redirection from current CPTAC Data Portal to PDC – Michael provided a presentation on the mechanism of this URL redirection for existing publications.
    • Download volume on PDC might increase by about 10-20Tb per month
    • Supporting high speed data transfer with Aspera

    • Remove Project name to avoid confusion of the term Phase 1, 2 to users
    • Rename as Legacy/Suitability Studies and display all data
    • For the first description add publication information like the second one for consistency.
