As more and more cancer centers are deploying caArray, the caArray and caGrid teams found that it might be helpful to provide sample data for the cancer centers to test their deployment. Please download the following test sample data if you are interested in testing your caArray deployment.
The test data works with caArray 2.0.x and 2.1. The document "Instructions for caArray data load" provides step-by-step instructions for loading data into caArray 2.0.2, and testing the caArray Service. The instructions will allow each center to validate that its grid node is functional.

If you are looking to test your caArray installation with additional real data, you can download this data from the caArray community server. The data includes 31 samples and does not take long to load. It is on the Affy platform. You can download this data from the Download Data tab of the application. This includes the MAGE-TAB .IDF and .SDRF files that contain the experimental annotations. Once you download the data as a zip file, you can upload it into your own caArray instance after creating an experiment as described in the caArray User Guide.
