MedDRA  loader review (Tracy, Kim)

     We should load the data presented in each row of the SMQ content table (i.e., smq_content.asc file) into a

     property called SMQ_Code with the property value being the value of the smq_code (i.e., the field on the row) and

     load the rest fields (see the following) as the corresponding property qualifiers.

     To be consistent with MedDRA raw data, let remove the prefix " SMQ_" from all property qualifier names as you stated and

     use their original names:

      Convert to camel case (e.g., Term_Category for term category) as appropriate.
