  • Copy the following folders and scripts from the previous version Protégé server folder to the newly created server folder:

           run_rmiregistry.sh
      run_protege_ server_nci.sh
      shutdown_protege_server.sh

  • Navigate to the Protégé.Client folder and transfer the following script:

           run_protege<PROTÉGÉ INSTANCE>.sh 

  •  Navigate to the Explanation.Server directory and transfer the following files:

             start_explanation_server.sh
       restart_explanation_server.sh
       stop_explanation_server.sh
      protege.properties
      codegen.dat

  • Navigate to usr/local/protégé, and open the restart_explanation_server_cron.sh file, and modify the following line to match the newest Protégé server version number:
