Once you open a sample, you can use links in the Navigation Tree in the left sidebar to ascertain if the sample has annotations. The flow chart on the right shows how annotations are organized.

  • When logged in as a Curatorcurator, click the Composition,Characterization, and Publication links to view associated data, if it has been added.
  • If you are not logged in or do not have Curator curator visibility, links in the Navigation Pane Tree for which there are no annotations appear in italics.
