  1. Select the trial you want to work with by following instructions in Searching for and Selecting Your Trials, and clicking the corresponding NCI Trial Identifier link. The Participating Site Subject Accrual Count page appears.

  2. In the Number (# ) of Subjects Enrolled field, enter the number of subjects currently enrolled in studies at your site.
  3. (Optional) In the Cut-Off Date field, specify the date from which the cumulative accrual count was calculated. If you do not specify a cut-off date, the system considers the accrual submission date to be the cut-off date. 
  4. In the Actions column of the record you want to update, click Save (the Save floppy disk icon).
    A message at the top of the table indicates that the record has been updated successfully.

How to Delete Site Subject Accrual Counts

  1. Select the trial you want to work with by following instructions in Searching for and Selecting Your Trials, and clicking the corresponding NCI Trial Identifier link. The Participating Site Subject Accrual Count page appears.

  2. In the Actions column of the record you want to delete, click theDelete icon (the trash can icon). Click OK on the pop-up message to confirm that you want to delete A message appears, prompting you to confirm deletion of the accrual count(s).

  1. Click OK. The system deletes all of the accrual counts for the site(s) you selected
