Sometimes an upload or download fails due to network issues or other issues. For Globus or AWS S3 transfers, consider the following steps:
- If you were using Globus for the transfer, check whether the Globus group has been given appropriate permissions to the target Globus endpoint. For instructions, refer to Preparing to Use Globus.
- View the details about a specific failed request, as described in Viewing Download or Upload Status.
- Click the retry icon in the Transfer Status column. The system submits a new request, identical to the original request.
- If the issue persists, click Contact in the headerselect About > Contact.
