  1. Open a supported browser:
    • Chrome
    • Firefox 

  2. Navigate to the following portal:

    https://modac.cancer.gov/ 

    The home page appears. 

  3. Click Login in the header. The Login page appears.
  4. Click Create Account. The Create an Account page appears.
  5. Provide information in all of the following required fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Institution/Organization
    • Email address
    • Password (The Login page provides guidelines.)
    • Confirm password
  6. Click Register. The system sends an email notification. 
  7. In the email notification, click the Verify Email Address button. The system activates your user account and the Login page appears. For instructions, refer to Logging In. 
  8. To request permission to upload data, select About > Contact.
