If your user account has the system administrator role, you can permanently delete any data file (or link) and associated metadata. |
To delete a data file:
Run the following command:

Parameter Description [-f] By default, the system performs a soft deletion. The system retains the file for two years and then permanently deletes it. To perform immediately permanent deletion, include the -f parameter. <file-path>
A path within DME. Specify the data file that you want to delete. The system prompts you to confirm the deletion.
