The Inferencing - 2021-10-27 page describes how to generate predictions from a model asset collection (and optionally evaluate the model).

  • When doing so for generating predictions from a TC1 model, you can select a GDC manifest file (such as TXT) or an FPKM-UQ file (TXT or CSV) as an input file.
  • Optional: If you want to evaluate the model with an output file, MoDaC accepts CSV files for that purpose. Make sure the number of rows of data in the output file for evaluating the model matches the number of rows of data in the inputfile for generating predictions.
