In each ticket Summary, delete the prefix if it duplicates the Epic Link. In each ticket Summary, add ending punctuation and otherwise copyedit, if necessary. Add the KnownIssueSprint47 label to tickets in DSRMWS-2832 that don't have strikethrough in the ticket description. (Those tickets haven't been resolved yet.) If one of those tickets is resolved before the release, remove the label from that ticket, so it won't show up here.
