1. Log in as described in Logging In.

2. Download the DEC import template and populate it with information about the DECs that you want to import. (Start with a fresh template for each import.) The following table provides instructions for each column in the DEC import template:

   As you populate your file, you can use your Delete key to clear the contents of one or more individual cells, but do not delete entire rows or columns. 

3. Save the file as CSV. 
4. Import the file, as described in TBD.
