- Log in as described in Logging In.
Download the CDE match template and populate it with information about the CDEs that you want to match. (Start with a fresh template for each import.)
When opening your copy of the template, select Enable Macros.
Populate your file with information about the CDEs that you want to match. The following table provides instructions for each column in the CDE match template:

- Save the file as CSV.
