  1. Transfer data your dataset from DME to the dme-sra-submit-aws S3 bucket, as described in Downloading to an AWS S3 Bucket via the GUI. The system AWS keeps this data for only two weeks. 

  2. Enter In the SRA Files tab, specify the name of this S3 bucket in the SRA Files tab.as the source of your files.
