  1. Transfer your dataset from DME to the dme-sra-submit-aws S3 bucket, as described in Downloading to an AWS S3 Bucket via the GUI. AWS keeps this data for two weeks. 

  2. In the SRA Files tab, specify the name of this S3 bucket as the source of your files.
