Problem: When I run a gene expression query

Solution

The URL listed in step 29 of the installation wizard (highlighted in the screenshot below) is incorrect:

The correct URL is as follows:

http://localhost:47210/caintegrator/

This error occurs when caIntegrator can not access study data stored in the system temporary directory (/tmp). This could occur due to insufficient user privileges to read from the tmp directory, insufficient disk space to write to the tmp directory, or if the contents of the directory have been flushed during an application restart.

The best solution to this problem is to change the study data storage location from the default tmp directory to a permanent location on a drive where the user has administrative privileges and there is sufficient disk space. For instructions on how to change the study storage location, please refer to the KB article at https://wiki.nci.nih.gov/x/oZKNAg^{Image Added}The host name of the machine caIntegrator is installed on can be used in place of the phrase 'localhost' in the above URL. In the above screenshot, the URL contains the host name 'MAGNET14' in place of the phrase 'localhost'.
