The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) is planning to retire the caIntegrator data portal on or after January 30was retired on March 31st, 2015. Much of the study data currently hosted in the NCI instance of caIntegrator is also available in other data portals, including the Cancer Genome Atlas TCGA data portal. Those data that are not available elsewhere will be migrated elsewhere have been migrated to the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOC

Update November 18, 2014: Molecular Analysis of Brain Neoplasia (Rembrandt fine-00037) gene expression data has been loaded into ArrayExpress:
caIntegrator data will remain available for download after caIntegrator data portal retirement via caIntegrator Directory page. While NCI will not be able to provide technical support for the caIntegrator software after the retirement, the source code is available on GitHub and we encourage continued community development.
