The Inferencing - 2021-10-27 The Generating Predictions page describes how to generate predictions from a model asset collection (and optionally evaluate the model).

• When doing so for generating predictions from an MT-CNN model, you can select a one of the following file types as an input file:
  • A GDC manifest file (TXT)
  or a
  • .
  • A pathology report (TXT or PDF)
  as an input file
  • .
• Optional: If you want to evaluate When evaluating the model with an output file, MoDaC accepts CSV files for that purpose, you can select a CSV outcome file. Make sure the number of rows of data in the output outcome file matches the number of rows of data in the input file.
