The Inferencing page The Generating Predictions page describes how to generate predictions from a model asset collection (and optionally evaluate the model).

• When generating predictions from a TC1 model, you can select a one of the following file types as an input file:
  • A GDC manifest file (such as TXT)
  or an

  • An FPKM-UQ file (TXT or CSV).
• Optional: If you want to evaluate When evaluating the model, MoDaC accepts CSV files for that purposeyou can select a CSV outcome file. Make sure the number of rows of data in the outcome file for evaluating the model matches the number of rows of data in the input file for generating predictions.
