The scrollbar macro displays restricted pages in a series of public pages

Note

Avoid using the scrollbar macro for next-previous navigation to a restricted page in a series of public pages.

The scrollbar macro shows links to all the pages in the series, whether the user has permission to see each page or not. When a user without permissions to view a page slects the link to that page, the not permitted message appears and the user cannot resume scrolling. The same is true for links generated with the Page Index macro.
