SYNOPSIS: Unified Communications (UC) is growing at a rapid rate, and the technology in use today can connect researchers from around the world in a matter of minutes. Using UC technology, researchers are able to collaborate using high-definition video to share images, integrate scientific equipment, and eliminate borders.
