This page contains two examples of importing worksheets into Confluence. As a test, one row was colored and the color is not rendered in Confluence.
The viewfile View File macro may also be used to embed an Excel file into in a Confluence page.

To import the spreadsheet in this way type {exc and when the list of macros opens, select Excel. Click on the macro panel and specify the file to display.
