Build and Deployment Properties We are practicing agile project development in the form of a process that is derived closely from{newwindow: SCRUM. }http://www.mountaingoatsoftware.com/scrum{newwindow} Some basic tenets are as follows: * Each iteration is time-bound to 2 weeks. * Requirements are described in the form of user stories and tracked using a backlog. * "Done" means that the user story is functioning and available on the DEV tier. * The Product Owner owns the priority of user stories in the backlog. * Typically the backlog priority is reviewed every two weeks. * Typically user stories contain Acceptance Criteria that is validated by quality assurance.
