Put the image you want to link from on the page, following these steps.
Then select the image and create a link using the Link button in the image properties panel. Complete the dialog. The example that follows, the NCIP logo linked to the NCIP web home page, was created in this way.
To link to another page in the wiki, use the markup explained on the page Linking to another wiki page or website.
