A subset of studies hosted by caIntegrator are now available for analysis via the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOC, a data integration and knowledge discovery platform similar but not identical to caIntegrator. The NCI instance of caIntegrator data portal remains available until March 31st, 2015 to allow caIntegrator users to get familiar with G-DOC.  caIntegrator data will be for available for download after caIntegrator data portal retirement via caIntegrator Directory Wiki page.
