To change the access of a sample:

  1. Scroll down to From the Access to the Sample Protocol field, and click Add.
    The Access Information dialog box opens.
  2. For Access By, you will can specify the group or user to which you are specifying accesssharing the sample, or you can make the sample available to the public:
    • Collaboration Group: If you click this option,
      1. Collaboration Group appears below the
      selection. You can type
      1. option.
      2. Type in a group name and click Search
      or select
      1. .
      2. Any matching groups will be listed to the right.
      3. Select a group from the
      drop down to the right
      1. list.
    • User: If you click this option,
      1. User Login Name appears below the
      selection. You can type
      1. option.
      2. Type in a user login name and click Search
      or select a login from the drop down to the right
      1. .
      2. Any matching users will be listed to the right.
      3. Select a user from the list.
    • Public: If you click this option, Public appears in the Collaboration Group box and cannot be edited.
  3. For Access to This Sample, specify whether the selected group or user can read, update, and delete the sample or read (only).
  4. Click Cancel to remove the entries or click Save to add the access information.
    The Update Sample page appears with the group or user added to the Access to the Sample panel updated.

Deleting a Sample
