What did we do well?

  • time management even during busy times was good
  • Transfer of Docker scripts was successful. (Deepak to Cory to Scott)
  • Pull request workflow - followed by the team.
  • When problems encountered, the team helped each other.
  • The team has maintained good humor even when things get stressful.

What should we have done better?

  • Shuffle of tasks not entirely productive.
  • Sub-tasks need to become focus again.  Include descriptions and findings.
  • Stay aware of sprint timeline.
  • Be cautious of moving ownership during the sprint. 
  • Too much churn during pull request acceptance.
  • Pull requests happening late the the sprint.  
  • Need to get better at gathering requirements from NCI.  Alignment process of task priorities and short term goals to be improved.
