What did we do well?

  • Quickly responded to Kim's issue regarding extra spaces in the description for anonymous nodes.
  • Quick turn around on code install/upload/test.

What should we have done better?

  • Never put untested fixes in a FINAL tag.
  • All fixes should have a code review with NCI.
  • Code reviews need to happen earlier in the sprint to involve the NCI staff. 
  • Validate any assertions made when gathering requirements. 
  • Capture the model mapping and get sign off from NCI.
  • Need to get better and immediate feedback from NCI (i.e. Tracy loading content with OWL 2 loader and Kim testing loader fix)
