EVS Weekly Tech Meeting

  • LexEVS
    • 6.5.0 LexEVS Deployed to STAGE.
    • PROD containers have bee deployed.  Jacob will send out the URLs.
  • Browser
    • QA is up and running.  There is a request for AppScans.
    • Metabrowser just passed the AppScan.
  • Stardog/Apache
    • Request for STAGE and PROD instances.  There is no response yet.
    • Tracy has been responding to questions from CTRP.
  • API
    • Nothing new.
  • DATA
    • There was a new release of some vocabularies.  No issues found.

  • Scott described how the Lucene searching works in LexEVS.

  • The LexEVS team will look at this issue in the next sprint.
  • Scott will determine if the error created is something that needs to be fixed right away.

OWL Loads 

  • owl:deprecated property usage to determine "active" or "inactive" concept

Discussion Points: 

  • We are using preferences to determine active/inactive.

Decision Points:

  • The OWL deprecated value should be overridden by the value in the preference file.
  • Allow property values to turn on active .  If not present then default back to owl:deprecated.
History API Issue
