EVS Weekly Tech Meeting (Systems focus)

  • Lyuba suggested a list of tasks should be created so we know what the next steps are when we deploy LexEVS to stage.
    • Sherri will look for a previous release email to use as a template.
    • Rob and Craig will create a release note draft for Lyuba to send out.
    • Jason is out until Monday, so we may need to for Jason to send release information for the browser.
  • TLS v 1.0 is being disabled.  Jacob will disable on DEV.
    • Cory to test LexEVS services to see if anything is affected.
      • and testing will be proceed until August 10, 2018.
      • TLS 1.0 deprecation
        • Cory reviewed LexEVS code and all references were using versions 1.1 and 1.2.
        • Jacob will update the Apache server today on DEV such that it will remove the TLS 1.0 option.
        • Jacob mentioned TLS 1.0 is currently not being allowed on Dev and QA.  It will officially be restricted with the above Apache update.
        • It is being allowed on Stage and Prod, but will be officially blocked when Jacob removes that option.

  • The values being put into the qualifiers isn't really what was meant to be put in there.  They are not easily computable.
  • Scott suggested that these "extended" qualifiers are not meaningful or needed.
  • Lyuba agrees that we should discuss what should be placed in this qualifier column.
  • Rob suggested that he would try to load in Protege 5 to see how it represents these valuesPlanning a technical meeting the week of the 6th.
