When you receive that a download notification message, download the content by clicking each link. Each link provides a separate file. The A compressed file starts downloading to your computer. Find the downloaded file and open it. It is a compressed file  Open the HTM file. The CSSI DCC Download Summary appears in a browser window. 

The summary includes all of the pertinent information about the data you downloaded. The following table lists the types of information available in the summary:
