Integrative Genomics Viewer

UCSC Xena

Single Cell Genome Viewer (Profiling and visualization of tumor genomes on a single-cell level) - Sparse genomic profiling of multiple individual cancer cells is a tool of choice for characterization of genetic heterogeneity and clonal structure in tumors. I will outline a computational and visualization workflow we have developed for this purpose and provide evidence for diagnostic utility of single-cell genomics in prostate cancer
