  1. Perform a search as described in Searching for Data via the GUI. The search results page appears.

  2. Click Save Search Criteria. The Save Search Criteria dialog box appears.

  3. Specify a unique name for your search. Keep in mind the following points:
    • The system allows underscore (_) and dash (-), but no other special characters. 
    • The system does not allow spaces. 

  4. Click Save. The system responds as follows:
  5. If you edited a previously-saved search, the system displays the name of the search and asks whether you want to save it as a new query or replace the existing one.
    6. Otherwise, the system adds your saved search to the Dashboard.
