  1. Perform a search as described in Searching for Data via the GUI. The search results page appears.

  2. Click Save Search Criteria. The Save Search Criteria dialog box appears.

  3. Specify a name for your search. Keep in mind the following points:
    • The system allows underscore (_) and dash (-), but no other special characters. 
    • The system does not allow spaces. 
    • If you edited a previously-saved search and save it again with the same name, the system replaces the existing saved search.

  4. Click Save. The system adds your saved search to the Dashboard (or updates your existing search).
