Whether you are logged in or not, you also see this link: A page restricted to one group. It was created using the Recently Viewed option in the link dialog. When you are not logged in, the link is gray and not active.
The scrollbar macro displays restricted pages in a series of public pages

The scrollbar macro shows links to all the pages in the series, whether the user has permission to see each page or not. When a user without permissions to view a page slects the link to that page, the not permitted message appears and the user cannot resume scrolling.
