1. Open a supported browser:
   • Chrome
   • Firefox 

2. Navigate to the following portal:

   https://fsdmel-modac01t.ncifcrf.gov/

   Multiexcerpt include

   (TBD: This link will be replaced with the Production link, when the Production tier is available.) The home page appears. 

3. Click Login. The Sign In page appears.
4. Click Register. The Registration page appears.
5. Provide information in all of the following required fields:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Institution or organization
   • Email address
   • Password (For guidelines, click the icon next to Password Constraints.)
   • Confirm password
6. Click Register. The system creates your user account and sends an email confirmation. 
7. If you want To request permission to upload data, click  click Contact in the header and request permission to upload.
