If you have a user account with upload permission, you can add a collection (such as a program, study, or data set) or upload a file. When you create a collection or upload a file, you become the owner of that collection or file. (Ownership cannot be changed.) You can upload one file at a time from your file system, if each file is 5 GB or less. Otherwise, you can upload from Globus or AWS S3.
