- Start adding a collection as described in Adding a Collection.
- When specifying attribute values for the new collection, consider the access_group attribute:
- To restrict access, If you do not want the public to have access to the data, clear the Public checkbox and select one or more groups from the list.
- To make the dataset public, clear all groups. (Click the X next to each group name.)select Public.
- When you have finished specifying information for the new collection, click the Register button (such as Register Program).
