Question

My caIntegartor study was mapped to a caArray experiment. Where was the caArray data stored? In caArray, or caIntegrator?

Answer

If you mapped your caIntegrator study to an experiment in caArray, after you deployed that study, the derived microarray data (also known as level-2 data) would be retrieved from caArray and stored in caIntegrator. As a result, if the experiment was updated in caArray, your query in caIntegrator will not get the updated caArray data. You will need to remap and redeploy the study to get the updated caArray data.
