WIKI MAINTENANCE NOTICE

  1. Log in as described in Logging In - 2021-06-04. The home page appears, with objects you have specified as favorites in the Favorites panel (if any). 

  2. Select Manage > Manage Data. The Manage Data page appears. 

  3. Select Download Collection. The Download Collection page appears. 

  4. Enter your User ID into “Created By” to search for your collections
  5. Click “Apply Filter”

    Results will be displayed, sorted In the Created By field, enter your user ID. Click Apply Filter. The system displays all collections you have created. By default, the system sorts the list by Date/Time Last Requested (Sprint 19) Last Trigger Date (Sprint 18) by default so that the most recently requested collection is on top. Columns can be sorted at the top (and then by collection name). You can sort columns by clicking on them to show choices: Ascending, Descending, Clear Sort, or New Sort.
  6. Click to the edit icon for the newly created collection and it will opencollection you want to modify. A tree view and information panel appear. 

  7. Select Download Collection Command >> > Add Components Using Public IDs

  8. Enter Form ID 3919983 or one of the others above in “Forms used in the test cases” for initial testing. Multiple IDs may be entered, separated by spaces, but we recommend that you first try testing just one form.

  9. Click “Add”. Pressing “enter”or “return” on your keyboard will cause an error

    The latest version of the items should be added and saved to your “Download Details”

    A confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the UI in red showing the results of the “Add”. If a Public ID for the wrong type of item is entered, the item will not be added. E.g. a CDE ID is entered to be added to a Form Collection, or Form ID is entered to be added to a CDE collection, it will not be added. See screenshot of confirmation message below.  The message was generated by attempting to add 1 CDE to a Form Collection.  Total items in the “Add” were 1, no items were added, 1 item of the wrong type.

    *Please note, we are working on improving and simplifying the confirmation messages when adding content to the Collection. At any time the end user can click on “Download Detail” to see what was successfully added.    

  10. . The Add Items to Collection dialog box appears. 

  11. Specify one or more IDs. For multiple IDs, separate them with spaces.

  12. Click Add. (Do not press Enter or Return on your keyboard.) The system adds the latest version of each item you specified to the collection. The system also displays a confirmation message at the top of the page, indicating how many items you have added.

  13. In the tree panel, click Download Detail. The system lists all of the items that you have added to the collection. Click “Download Detail” to verify that all the forms were added to the collection
