Include Page caDSR:browser and portal step include caDSR:browser and portal step include From the View menu, select Browse and then select Models - View/Browse. The corresponding page appears. (Logged in users can add pages like this to their favorites. For instructions, refer to Managing Favorites.)
In the row for the model you would like to view, click the View icon. A tree view and information panel appear.

Column Information Element Long Name The long name assigned to the Element element in caDSR. Element Physical Name The name of the Element element in the physical data model. Element Type The kind of model element this item represents, such as Table, Node, Class. This is usually driven by the type of model being registered. Element Public ID The unique caDSR public ID for the Elementelement. Element Version The version number. Element Description The model owners owner's description of the model element. Element Mapping Group A high-level alignment of this model element with a common core semantics or meaning of the Element. If CDEs are linked with the associated Characteristics, the CDE semantics will be used for the Characteristic, even if different than mapping group. Column Information Element Long Name The long name assigned to the element in caDSR. Element Physical Name The name of the element in the physical data model. Element TypeTBD The kind of model element this item represents, such as Table, Node, Class. This is usually driven by the type of model being registered. Characteristic Long Name The long name of the characteristic with no restrictions on the format. Characteristic Physical Name The physical name of the characteristic. Characteristic Order The order of characteristics. Characteristic Type The type of characteristic. Mandatory? An indication of whether this Characteristic characteristic must be populated with data in a transformation. Default Value The default value for the model. CDE Public ID The CDE public ID. CDE Version The CDE version number. CDE Long Name The CDE long name. CDE Context The Owning Context of the CDE. VD Public ID The public ID of the value domain. VD Version The version number of the value domain. VD Long Name The long name of the value domain. VD Type The type of value domain: Enumerated or Non-enumerated. Char Data Type The data type of the characteristic, such as integer or varchar(50). VD Standard Data Type The standard data type of the value domain, such as Integer or Character. Char UOM The unit of measure of the characteristic. VD UOM The unit of measure of the Value Domain. Char Min Length The minimum length of the characteristic. VD Min Length The minimum length of the value domain. Char Max Length The maximum length of the characteristic. VD Max Length The maximum length of the value domain. DEC Public ID The public ID of the DEC. DEC Version The version number of the DEC. DEC Long Name The long name of the DEC. DEC Context The context of the DEC. Char PK? Is the Characteristic characteristic a primary key or part of a PK for the Elementelement? Char FK? Does the Characteristic characteristic have a parent via foreign Key association? FK Element Physical Name Parent Element Physical name if Characteristic characteristic is a foreign key. FK Characteristics Physical Name Parent Element Characteristic Physical Name if foreign key association in is indicated. Element Description The model owners owner's description of the model element.
