To avoid creating lists of links that include pages users are not permitted to see, rely on Confluence to generate the list of links. The following illustrates this guideline.

• If you click this link and you are logged in and a member of the caBIG_USERS group, the page opens.
• If you are not a member of the group, a message opens indicating you are not permitted to see the page.
• If you are not logged in, when you click the link, the login screen opens.
  • When you log in, the page opens if you are in the caBIG_USERS group
  • If you are not in the caBIG _USERS group, a message opens indicating you are not permitted to see the page.
