h1. Linking to a specific place on a page
The following are the steps to link to a specific place on a page.
# Navigate to the place to which you want to link.
# Immediately after the text to which you want to link, enter an anchor: {code}{anchor:anchortext}{code} where "anchortext" will be used as a "bookmark" in the link you create. Put the anchor after the item you want to be approximately at the top of the screen when the link target opens.
# Navigate to the place where you want to insert the link.
# If that place is on the same page, create the link in the following form: {code}[linktext|#anchortext]{code}
# If that place is on another wiki page, create the link in the following form: {code} |

Thus the link from another wiki page to a specific place on a page is constructed as follows: the tiny link followed by # followed by the full text of the page title as it may be displayed in the browser window, without the plus signs followed by a dash followed by the anchor text.
