{panel}On the "Edit Sample Mappings" page, in the "Data Source" form, click the "Browse" buttons next to the "Subject to Sample Mapping File" and the "Control Samples File" fields to open the respective files. Then, in the "Control Sample Set Name" text field, type a name ("Control" in the example). Finally, click the "Map Samples" button.
