If you have a user account with upload permission and you have read access to an AWS S3 bucket, you can upload one or more files from it.
- Log in, as described in Logging In.
- Click Uploads. The upload page appears.
- Select an existing program or add a new one. For instructions on adding a program, refer to (link TBD).
- Select an existing study or add a new one. For instructions on adding a study, refer to (link TBD).
- Select an existing data set or add a new one. For instructions on adding a data set, refer to (link TBD).
- Click Add Data. Select Bulk Data Files > S3.
- Specify the following information:
- The name of the source S3 bucket.
- The path to and the name of the folder in the source bucket.
- The AWS access key.
- The AWS secret access key.
- The region.
- Click Register. The system transfers the data based on your selections.
- When the system displays the task ID, consider copying that ID and viewing the status of the upload. For instructions, refer to Viewing Download or Upload Status.
