Minutes (Not Verbatim)

PM- The purpose of this meeting is to take a look at the study submissions and figure out whether or not this is the type of study we want to have in ICDC. If we are in a time crunch in terms of onboarding the dataset we should still ascribe a priority. We do have a new study submission coming from Debbie Knapp that came in last week on Thursday. The requirements are to assign an accession number to a study and a designated status of the dataset. Erika got the designated prefixes set up at identifiers.org. Of the 2 Purdue studies, one is very close to having the embargo lifted. The journal said as part of your manuscript can you give us a pointer to where the data would be published and we supplied an accession that is a pointer to the data commons.

PM- We can now handle any biobanking activity with our multi-study matching feature

Voting ocurred on the new UBC study

WK- As a user, I would like to see an anticipated embargo release date. Perhaps, we can just add a value to indicate the reason a study is under embargo
