  • Did you start with a fresh template? If not, try that and see if it helps. 
  • Did you delete entire rows or columns? Is your file missing functionality that exists in the template? If so, start over with a fresh template. You can use your Delete key to clear the contents of one or more individual cells, but do not delete entire rows or columns. 
  • Did you save your file as CSV before importing? If not, try that and see if it helps. 
  • For additional troubleshooting assistance, contact caDSR Support, as described on https://cadsr.cancer.gov. 


Tips for All Imports

Import ExceptionsMissing Batch User, Batch Name, or Seq ID will cause Exception.
Exception on SEQ/Row NumberMultiple missing required fields may not report the correct row number in the Exception Message. Inspect the template for empty cells.
