Making a PDF or MS Word document of one page

To export one page to PDF, on the Tools menu, click Export to PDF. Complete the dialog to download the PDF.

To export one page to MS Word, on the Tools menu, clict Export to Word. Complete the dialog.

To print multiple pages at one time, you must export a PDF of all the pages. Refer to Printing multiple pages.

Section 508 compliance requires link text on a website. An example is this link to the NCI website. These links are preserved in the PDF.
